Week in Photos #67

I received the most AMAZING present off one of my bridesmaids, isn’t it lush? She is so lovely bless her 🙂
Bubble & Squeak with beans and fish fingers. Gorgeous. It is one of those simple meals that I hardly ever have but always thoroughly enjoy when I do.
Turkey breast and stir fry, delicious.
We’ve just got Correl photoshop to do Wedding stuff. I of course couldn’t resist having a play! I’ve changed my hair and eye colour, given myself a tan and whitened my teeth! Quite addictive.
We went to IKEA on Friday night, I obviously had to have the meatballs. They did have a salmon dish that I quite fancied but I feel as though I’m being unfaithful if I don’t have meatballs!
Where there is meatballs there is Dime cake, obviously.
Father’s day on a budget.
The last breakfast at our old dining room table.
Kitty ‘helping’ build the new dining room table.
Couldn’t resist picking this up in Tesco. Its a Toblerone version of the IKEA Dime cake. They also sell the Dime one there.
We went to a Wedding evening in City Hall, Cardiff last night. We all met in Wetherspoons first to get a minibus together. Spencer and I while we were relatively sober, didn’t stay that way for long. The Wedding had a black tie theme so I dug out my sparkly tie necklace.
We bought new blinds for both of our bedrooms from IKEA. Sorry about the awful photo, it was really bright outside so came out dark, then went all grainy when I tried brightening it on the computer. I also bought new curtains for this room but haven’t gotten around to taking them up yet. I’m a little scared about doing it to be honest!
We purchased an absolute bargain table and chair set from IKEA’s Bargain Corner for £50. We’ve wanted a new one for ages as ours is a hand me down and is very old, scratched and falling apart. We couldn’t leave this there for the price. Its a lot smaller than our old one which is what we wanted.
My amazing IKEA wall art. I absolutely love this.
P.S. Sorry for the lack of posts, I’ve got my appraisal on Wednesday and am working on my pre-appraisal questionnaire and will be until Wednesday. I’ll try and post before then but if I don’t that is why.
I hope you’ve had a good week.
