Week in Photos #75

We’re planning on re-decorated the living/dining room. We’re torn between N and J at the moment.
We went to Hobbycraft straight from work on Tuesday so we were absolutely starving by the time we left. We decided to be very naughty and have a box meal each from KFC. So bad but so good!
Lasagne smothered in pesto – lush.
I’ve been having so many stir frys lately, they’re just so tasty and easy to make. This one was prawn and chicken with chilli and it was delicious. The prawns we bought were from Tesco and ready marinated in chilli and coriander.
Love my new bank card! If you’re a Barclays customer you can customise your card free of charge. You just upload a photo and enter in your card details and they’ll send you a new one, mine arrived really quickly too which I didn’t expect.
I went to a friend’s house on Friday evening for a girls night in which was lovely. I ordered a chicken shish with peppers and onions. These chilli peppers and raw onions weren’t quite what I had in mind :-/ Needless to say I scraped them all off!
I was shocked to see how many Instagram followers I now have, the number 200 creeped up out of nowhere!
I met an old friend on Saturday for a Starbucks and a snoop around the shops. It was so lovely just to have a chilled out chat, usually we catch up in a busy pub and then get drunk & forget everything that we talked about!
I also spent a bit of money – whoops! I’m planning a bit of a shopping spree soon in readiness for my hen so should have a few nice buys to post in my monthly haul for August.
I’ve been enjoying this this weekend. I don’t usually drink Cider because it ruins me, one bottle is usually enough to give me the most awful headache ever. I had one bottle on Friday and one on Saturday and it didn’t kill me – yay!

I went to a BBQ Saturday afternoon/evening. We kept ourselves entertained by taking ‘pap’ photos from the upstairs toilet! Simple things…

Flick casually sitting on the outside bedroom windowsill.
I’ve had a great week catching up with friends, old and new. What have been your highlights this week?
