Week in Photos #78

Tesco Light Choices Chicken Korma, this actually wasn’t too bad. It wasn’t as nice as a non healthy korma but it was a good enough substitute!
I bought Haloumi on my latest shopping trip and have been having it grilled with everything this week! This one is chicken marinated in mango chutney (try it, its amazing, even better with turkey.) served with cous cous and grilled haloumi 🙂
I’ve been eating salads for my lunch this week, I will be slim for my hen week!
Home made minted lamb burgers serviced with, you guessed it, grilled haloumi and salad!
We had a monster salad for lunch yesterday. Lots of chicken, drizzled with garlic olive oil and an Apetitina Feta cheese/olive packet thing.
We went to visit my dad in hospital last night (he has a meningitis type infection but is okay.) as my mother is probably quite bored in the house all by herself we took her back to my sister’s for a kebab. I had a fish shish which was actually quite amazing! Flame grilled king prawns and wild salmon with salad, it should have come with rice but they sent me chips by mistake! It was so close to being healthy but not quite!
I went to Cardiff with work on Friday night for one of the girls 21st birthdays. We dressed up as sailors which meant that I donned the fake tattoos! We drank Cava on the train and a lot of other stuff in Cardiff! We went into Kougar Lounge which is a fab place to go if you’re wanting some cheeky shots! I’m not sure what exactly was in this treasure chest thing but it was very nice! I’ll show you my outfit in another post 🙂
I was supposed to help Spencer finish decorating our dining room on Saturday so I needed all this to get me through the hangover! Turns out I didn’t need it because he finished it all by himself 🙂
Kitty bought this gross creature to our back door the other day, she didn’t kill it, I think she just wanted to show us the strange being! I crapped myself, I thought it was a baby snake or an alien haha! A bit of googling told me that it is an Elephant Hawk Moth Caterpillar. Eugh.

I'd never heard of it before I saw it on the menu, and then I got so excited and had to try it lol! I kind of wish it wasn't so nice because £8 is quite expensive! xx

haha so did my dad! He didn't even react to it, I scratched my leg and he saw it, assumed it was itching because the tattoo was healing and offered me some cream to put on! He has obviously given up on me haha !xx
