Before I get into the review of this product I want to explain my hair type. My hair is thick, frizzy and very dry on the ends due to my ombre. Since going ombre I have to use oils or conditioning treatments with my existing shampoos and conditioners which aren’t designed for dry hair.
As my hair isn’t fine I’m not going to go into too much detail about the volumising properties of these products, they don’t give my hair ounces of volume but then they aren’t designed for my hair type.
Both products have a faint smell but nothing very overpowering. The shampoo foams up nicely, I hate a shampoo that doesn’t foam very well, I don’t feel like my hair is getting a proper wash!
I’ve been using these products for a couple of weeks now without any conditioning treatments/oils and am pleased to say that my hair hasn’t been left dry on the ends at all, if anything it feels quite the same as it does when I use my hair oils.
Overall I have enjoyed using these products, my hair is left feeling squeaky clean, the ends aren’t dry and a major plus for me is that my hair isn’t as frizzy as normal.
The obvious downside is the price, at £18 for the shampoo and £19.50 for the conditioner these products don’t come in cheap. For me these are just a luxurious treat and not an every day product as described.

I've only tried the hair treatment and really love it. I actually really love the smell and think it smells like chocolate. I wish it wasn't so expensive though

I've not tried that but the fact that it smells like chocolate is enough to make me run out and buy it! x

I've been thinking about trying these – my hair is in desperate need of some volume as left to its own devices it's totally flat and lank! 🙁

    Gem xx

I'd recommend them but as I mentioned I couldn't really judge the volume element of them. x
