On the 6th day of Christmas Benefit gave to me… a pretty hair clip. No review here, it is what it is. A lot of people were’t happy with the fact that Benefit were including items other than make-up in their advent calendars but I am happy that they did, I think it is great to mix it up and was really happy to discover this pretty clip behind my door. I’m not going to include this in the total product cost as I class it as more of a bonus item.
On the 7th day of Christmas Benefit gave to me… 6.5ml Ultra Plush Lip Gloss in A-Lister. This is one of Benefit’s newer products and I adore the packaging, super cute.
This is very similar to the Dandelion lip gloss that I received colour wise though I would say it has a thicker consistency. It isn’t a colour that I would opt for but it would look great on plenty of other ladies. As with Dandelion this also has a lovely scent.
On the 8th day of Christmas Benefit gave to me… 2.5ml of High Beam. High Beam is a very popular Benefit product and I can see why.
This highlighter is beautiful, when the light hits it it is so pretty. I’m not usually one for highlighter but I have a feeling this may sway me.
On the 9th day of Christmas Benefit gave to me… 7.5ml of That Gal. That Gal is a primer that comes with claims of brightening your skin.
I’ll be completely honest with you I am no good at reviewing primers, I can never really tell the difference from one to another. As I have bad skin I tend to wear thick foundations which would hide any brightening effects. That Gal is a pinky colour primer which applies well and held my foundation in place all day.
The full size 15ml Ultra Plush Lip Gloss costs £14.50 making this 6.5ml sample worth approximately £6.28.
The full size 13ml High Beam costs £19.50 making this 2.5ml sample worth approximately £3.75.
The full size 11ml That Gal primer costs £22.50 making this 7.5ml sample worth approximately £15.34.
Approximate total so far = £55.65 + one bonus item (hair clip).
