Empties : January 2014
I received this Amie Spring Clean Cooling Clay Mask as part of an event goody bag. I managed to get two uses out of this sample and it left my skin feeling nice and soft, no miracles but nice enough to warrant a re-purchase.
I received the Benefit Total Moisture Facial Cream in my Benefit Advent Calendar and was super happy to discover it there. I’ve tried it before and absolutely loved it. I would re-purchase but am hoping to find a cheaper alternative
The Charity Pot from Lush is a really nice hand & body lotion, it is a tiny pot which isn’t sturdy enough to pop in your handbag but it only costs £1 and 100% of the proceeds go to charity. I would definitely re-purchase.
I bought these Halo Handy Hygienic Wipes in Superdrug a while back, I went in and swatched several lipsticks before discovering that they didn’t have any tissues out. I bought this pack of wipes to clean my hands and left them in my bag where they turned out to be very handy. I would re-purchase.
This little Bioderma sample is another product that I have been lucky enough to receive in a goody bag. I have been dying to try this for so long but resisted opening it until I had finished my current cleanser. It was worth the wait, it even removed Benefit They’re Real with ease. I am pretty sure that I will re-purchase this again and again.
Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation became my go to foundation back when we had the heat waves in the Summer (that seems like so long ago!) It is a nice lightweight foundation with good coverage and it lasts all day, even with the combination of my greasy skin and the heat. I would re-purchase this.
The MUA Gel Eyeliner‘s are, in my opinion, a fantastic product. I hardly ever use eyeliner, though I am planning to change that which is why I dug this out. Unfortunately it has dried out and has to be thrown away. It has been sat in a drawer unloved for well over a year now so I’m not surprised it has dried out! If I can get into the habit of using eyeliner on a more regular basis I will re-purchase this.
The MUA Lash Boom mascara is a pretty good, cheap mascara. I used this for a more toned down look for during the day and I really did enjoy using it. I would re-purchase.
I’m not sure where this Elemental Herbology sample came from. It was nice but didn’t work as well with my skin as other products, therefore I will not be re-purchasing.
V05 Strong Hold is a boring regular re-purchase. I don’t have a favourite hairspray to be honest, I tend to pick up whichever is the cheapest in the supermarket, which quite often happens to be this one.
Lynx Attract For Her has been featured in quite a few of my empties posts. I love the smell of this but find it quite expensive. A semi regular re-purchase.
The Etat Pur Micellar cleansing water was a nice enough product, then I tried Bioderma. Bioderma knocks spots off this so no, I won’t be re-purchasing
I have quite an unpopular opinion in the blogging world when it comes to Soap & Glory’s Hand Food, it is nice but it isn’t the greatest hand lotion ever. That being said it worked well enough so I would re-purchase if it was part of an offer/in a gift set.

Ahhh Hand Food… I love it! I'm considering trying a Benefit foundation at some point… is it expensive? x

You should definitely give Benefit foundation a go! This one costs £25.50, pricey but it is so good! x
