I won a pair of glasses! Thanks Nina & Glasses Direct | My shoes broke in work on Friday, a quick trip to New Look and the problem was solved with a lovely new pair of flats | I love these magnetic pegs that came with my Ideal Home magazine | Spencer picked up some reduced pancakes which we enjoyed with brown sugar and lemon juice.
I saw the Cordelia five-light cluster from BHS in my Ideal Home magazine on Friday. I had to have it so was very upset when I discovered that BHS no longer sell this item. We were going to IKEA on Saturday anyway and there is a BHS pretty much next door so we popped in on the off chance. Luckily for me they had the display model remaining which there were able to sell to me as it has been discontinued, I also received 10% discount as it was ex-display. I think me and this light were meant to be together and I love it very much.
Talking of IKEA. We went early for breakfast and then priced up our kitchen 🙂 🙂 🙂 These are the cupboards that we are going for with a walnut worktop, I am so excited! We were given a voucher for a free coffee and cake each after pricing up the kitchen, exciting stuff! I bought a pretty set of Dromlik scented candles, I thought these were an absolute steal at £3.25, I also bought the Twilling set of two love and home prints, these were £5.
On Saturday night I went to Cardiff to celebrate a friend’s 30th. We arrived at Rev’s four minutes before the discount card expired so went a little wild with the first order, it saved us quite a big chunk of money so worked out well. I had a fab night but was so glad to be home with Kitty sleeping on my head. I’m old now. My old age and alcohol is the reason this post is a day late – sorry!

Not sure what you're referring to here, but yes, most of it was yummy.
