Chicken Pad Thai Noodles || Work lunch of Slimming World Potato Salad (cottage cheese & potatoes) with left over chicken from the Sunday Roast || Favourite new pudding, banana, strawberries, coconut & choc shot || Waitrose pork with pepper stuffing and sweet potato roasties.
Chicken & Prawn Laska with Kale & sweet potato mash || Salmon with pesto, deep fat fried sweet potato chips and tomato & mozzarella salad with sweet chilli oil || Sweet coconut & vanilla propercorn || The bosses treated us to cakes on Friday, I went for the triple chocolate muffin, my favourite Greggs option.
Using up the food in the fridge with a Saturday morning omelette || Beef mince, peas, onion, garlic & bisto gravy topped with potatoes & egg and baked in the oven || Starbucks Mocha Coconut Frappe || Dirty KFC.
I’m not the only one in our house who has fallen in love with Propercorn, Kitty likes to steal it from the bag when my back is turned. She also likes to come and sit on my lap when I need to get up.
We have a new Coffee machine! This Tassimo cost us an amazing £30 + P&P, you can buy the same deal here. I have been loving coming home from work and helping myself to a Costa Caramel Machiatto. Just need to get some nice latte glasses now.
We always have so much rubbish on the top of our wardrobe and it makes the whole bedroom looks messy. I decided to pretty up the mess a little bit by putting it into floral storage boxes from IKEA.
I picked some wild flowers from our garden to go in my empty Fentimans bottle. As you can see I like to keep pretty bottles.
We went to a Wedding evening on Saturday, I decided to clip my hair back as the weather was awful, I kept my natural ringlets as they were as they fell quite nicely when clipped back. I wore my amazing Primark false nails for the occasion, blog post on these beauties coming soon.
I went out for food and a few bank holiday drinks with the girls yesterday, I did my hair pretty much the same as the day before but curled it with my Enrapture. I wore my Primark jeans & shoes.
Did you have a good Bank Holiday weekend?
