Slimming World Weekly Weigh In Results & Food Diary #8

Another week in which I have dreaded weighing. I need to lock myself inside until I hit target, I manage to stick to plan (almost) 100% in the house, but when I’m out and there are temptations all around I just cannot resist.Which is why I am super shocked to have lost 1/2 pound!

This is what I have been eating the past week.


Thursday

Breakfast – Cinnamon pancakes with strawberries
Lunch – Butternut squash, red onion & chilli soup with ham
Tea – Pork & Herb Meatballs with ratatouille sauce (recipe from SW website) and spaghetti
Snacks – M&S Coffee & Walnut cake (12 syns)
Healthy extras – 250ml semi skimmed milk & 2 hi-fi bars
Total syns – 12
Friday
slimming world extra easy daily meals - syn free pancakes, crustless quiche and beef burgers with mushrooms sweet potato chips & cheese
Breakfast – Syn free pancake, banana & strawberries
Lunch – Quiche & salad
Tea – Burgers, 2 Laughing Cow cheese cubes (1 syn), mushrooms & sweet potato chips
Snacks – M&S Coffee & Walnut cake (12 syns)
Healthy extras – 250ml semi skimmed milk & 2 hi-fi bars
Total syns – 13
Saturday
slimming world syn free pancakes and chilli con carne with courgetti
Breakfast – Overnight oat pancakes with bananas & strawberries
Lunch – Chilli & courgetti
Tea – Buffet food
Snacks – Glass of prosecco, hot chocolate using choc shot (2 syns)
Healthy extras – 35g porridge oats & 250ml semi skimmed milk
Sunday 
slimming world syn free pancakes with banana and big bowl of prawn fried rice
Breakfast – Syn free pancakes & banana
Lunch – Prawn fried rice
Tea – Prawn fried rice
Snacks – Hazelnut latte, crispy caramel cake, glass of prosecco, canapés, chocolates
Monday
Slimming world turkey & coriander burgers with asparagus, leeks, tomatoes & halloumi
Breakfast – Cinnamon pancakes
Lunch – Prawn fried rice with sugar snap peas
Tea – Turkey & Coriander burgers with asparagus, leeks, grilled tomatoes and 70g grilled halloumi (11 syns)
Snacks – Hi-fi bar (3 syns)
Healthy extras – 250ml semi skimmed milk & 2 hi-fi bars
Total syns – 14
Tuesday
slimming world salted caramel pancakes and sticky five spice gammon steaks

 

 
Lunch – Prawn fried rice with coriander
Tea – Sticky five spice gammon steaks (recipe on website & new extra easy book) with cottage cheese & Pak choi
Snacks – Coffee & walnut cake and bottle of Fentimans rose lemonade (3.5 syns)
Healthy extras – 250ml semi skimmed milk & 2 hi-fi bars
How has your week been with regard to weight loss and/or meals? What has been your favourite meal of the week? Mine was the salted caramel pancakes!

    I always love looking at what you have eaten, it always looks so yummy! I was shocked at my loss this week to after a bit of a bad end to the week. Its so hard to stay on track with temptations all around!

    Ooo I'm liking the fact that you can eat pancakes & fried rice on SW! I've found out there's a meeting right by my house so I'm debating signing up or not. May ask MIL if she fancies it since she now lives opposite.

    Ohhhh I quite like the look of Friday's menu! All the food looks amazing! I know what you mean about simply hibernating away from all temptation, I often feel like that but you have had another loss this week to add to your already amazing loss so far – keep going chick!
