Blogging Income & Stats April 2017

Another month another blogging income & stats report! I’m feeling quite excited and optimistic at the moment, and also very overwhelmed, but still; excitement! April was a good month payment wise and, as a result of my largest paid blog job to date, I already have a large chunk due for payment next month. I also have another big job in the pipework for June. Things seem to be on the up and I am really hoping that this is just how it is now, rather than being just a good run.

My stats are on the up again which is always a relief. During April my blog received 16,460 page views, 12,565 of which were from unique users. My domain authority has jumped up to 32 and I am now ranked at 51 in the Tots100 chart! My Klout seems to fluctuate between 69 and 70, as I type this it has settled at 70, for now at least.

Blogging Income & Stats March 2017

As I had hoped quite a few of my outstanding payments from January and February came in during March. Thankfully all but one paid without chasing, huge relief as I hate having to chase people.

My stats have taken another big drop and I’m not at all surprised. House viewings, finally selling our house and going on holiday has meant that I’ve taken a lot of time away from blogging and just haven’t had the time to create and promote new content.

During March my blog received 11,635 page views, 7,847 of which were from unique users. I finished the month with a domain authority of 29 and a Klout score of 70. My Tots100 score has dropped slightly but I am still sitting pretty at 72, while I remain in the top 100 I can happily cope with a drop of three, although I am quite concerned about the next update due to my huge drop in page views.

Blogging Income & Stats February 2017

February hasn’t been a great month blogging income wise, it isn’t that I’ve not been getting the work, it’s just that people aren’t paying. I have quite a bit outstanding now so am hoping for a bumper month in March to make up for the slow February.

My stats have gone back down quite a bit following the increase in January, I guess all those people searching out Slimming World recipes have given up on their diet now! This combined with having a day of down time on the blog when moving over to WordPress and being a little poorly hasn’t helped.

My blog received 15,524 page views 9,683 of which were from unique users. I finished the month with a domain authority of 28 and a Klout score of 70. Last month I mentioned that I was chuffed to have broken the top 100 of Tots100, this month I am even happier to report that I am now number 69!
