Meg Darlington Contemporary Jewellery
I briefly mentioned Meg Darlington in my #CDFSpringMeet post, Meg very kindly donated four pieces of jewellery for prizes in the form of one personalised necklace and three pairs of earings.
Meg is a jewellery designer based in North Wales, she uses mainly hand tools in jewellery making and strives to make every piece individual.

“My work is inspired by our changing environment; paint that is peeling and chipping away from wooden doors, cracks in old windows, driftwood and weathered boats and beach huts at the seaside, sea-worn shells and pebbles. I display fragments of our natural environment beside linear silver framework and shapes that mirror manmade structures which creates a striking contrast.”

As if the necklace wasn’t amazing enough already Meg kindly personalised the back of it for us. Pretty awesome right? I’ll be honest, I’m rather envious of the lovely bloggers that were lucky enough to win these items!

Once again, thank you so much for sponsoring the event, it was a real pleasure to have you on-board!

Stocking Filler Ideas
 Mustard Shopper-holic re-usable shopping bag*
Bracelet by Pilgrim Jewellery*

With the carrier bag tax in force in Wales I can never have enough fold up shopping bags in my handbag. This re-usable shopping bag from Mustard is great to fold away in your handbag in readiness for your shopping trip when you will leave the other carrier bags in the car boot.

The Mustard bag is a lot more aesthetically pleasing than most other fold away bags that I have seen and folds up really easily, the above photos were taken after I had opened the bag up and folded it back away.

This beautiful bracelet from Pilgrim Jewellery would be a perfect stocking filler for most women. It is delicate yet glitzy and beautiful. It is a very wearable bracelet and will fit most size wrists.

Another Temp Sec lucky dip!

Happy Wednesday 🙂 Half way through the week for most, luckily for me my two day working week is now over! If only every week was the same!

You may remember that I blogged about my £20 lucky dip from Temporary Secretary a while back, if you didn’t see it you can view it here. I loved every single item!!

I’ve been looking for a writing set for a while now so when I saw that Temporary Secretary were selling them I jumped at the chance! Also, not one to be able to resist temptation, while placing an order I HAD to get another lucky dip! This time I went for the £10 for 5 items lucky dip, I let them know what items I’d had previously and they assured that they wouldn’t double up. I received this order very quickly and was once again very impressed – I just love Temp Sec!! Once again it arrived beautifully packed, with a lovely little note and some scrummy sweets! Anyway, enough of me, here is what I received :

Here is me wearing some of the items :

On the above photo I combined the Temp Sec bangles with my Peacocks swallow & pearl bracelet. The necklace is also from my previous Temp Sec lucky dip.

I can see these lucky dips becoming a bit of an obsession with me!
