Blogging Income & Stats July 2017

Blogging Income & Stats July 2017

July was quite a quiet month due to the house move, I took a few weeks off and didn’t do anywhere near as much blogging as I usually do. Thankfully I had a few well paid jobs already in the pipeline so this didn’t affect my income too badly. I worried about my stats but I needn’t have, the posts that I did publish were super popular and as a result my stats haven’t suffered.

Stats wise, during July my blog received 22,067 page views, 17,832 of which were from unique users. My domain authority is now on 37, I managed to stay in the same place in the Tots100 chart and am still ranked at 65. My Klout has gone down to 66; but most bloggers I know have decreased due to changes in the API.

My followings as of 1st August are:

Facebook : 1,071
Twitter : 7,694
Instagram : 23,713
Pinterest : 1,172
Google+ : 409
Bloglovin’ : 1,183
YouTube : 209

My earnings during July were:

Sponsored blog post fees – £1,122.50
Total income – £1,122.50

Hosting fees – £4.99
Paypal fees – £5.25 (I get charged when companies pay me via Paypal)
Photoshop – £8.57
iCloud Storage – £2.49
Social media scheduling – £19.12
Epidemic Sound – £10.00 (YouTube music)

Total Expenses : £50.42

Total income less expenses : £1,072.08

On top of the income I received the following to promote/review.

July Degustabox, Removal services, dress and shoes from YoursClothing and JoJo Maman Bebe clothing for Aria.

I currently have outstanding sponsored post fees totalling £464.

Very inspiring – my hubby says you won’t be able to make a living from it but even with little support and help I’m determined! Thanks for your post!

They’re some good looking figures. I really love that you take the time to post these. It seems that I can only dream of such figures right now. Gives me hope to keep plowing through. Thank you!

Love reading these income posts, I’ve only had a couple of sponsored posts so far but it’s great to see the potential.
