Slimming World Weekly Weigh in #10

30th September 2015
I finally did it, it has taken me ten weeks but I weighed today and I lost the one pound that I needed, I have finally lost a stone, one stone exactly which means that I have to be really good this week as I don’t want to be putting even half a pound back on now!
This past week has had plenty of ups and downs food wise. I’ve had a few days where I’ve been ill and just haven’t wanted to cook and I’ve had a few days where I’ve been super busy preparing our house for sale that I haven’t had time to cook. Despite this I think I’ve still made half decent choices even when reaching for the takeaway menu. Apologies that I have missed some meals out, as I’ve been ill and busy I haven’t taken photos of every meal and am struggling to remember what I’ve eaten, I promise I will be better next week!
Carry on reading to find out what I’ve been ordering.

WELL DONE CHICK!!! What a fantastic achievement – you have done it! Those chocolate pancakes look amazing! Weight loss isn't just about what you eat at the time but about the choices you make in the long term too and your mind needs to adjust – looks like you have been making the right choices and it has paid off big time. Well done love! Thank you for linking up with #WeightLossWednesday and hope to see you again this week! Sim xx
