Slimming World Weekly Weigh in #11

7th October 2015

I really didn’t know what to expect at weigh in this morning, I’ve had a a mixed week with three very good days on plan and a few not so good days. I stuck to plan for the majority of Saturday but I drank, a lot, Saturday night. Sunday I didn’t move far from the sofa other than to be sick or to eat my Pizza Hut takeaway and Monday we hadn’t been shopping so I just ate whatever I had available, though I did make some sensible choices such as eating the filling out of a pie and leaving the crust!

The days in the run up to the not so good days were very good and yesterday I had a zero syn day in an attempt to cancel things out. Thankfully this worked! I weighed this morning to find that I had lost 2.5lbs, bringing me to a total of 1 stone 2.5lbs lost.

During a diet, I always end up eating something I should not. But this sounds tasty and heart filling. Gonna try this. Thanks!

No problem at all, it is a great diet and one that allows you to eat nice food which is what I need!

Well done! You have to have treats sometimes otherwise it just isn't sustainable for long! xx

Definitely, if I didn't have treats for ages I would end up binging in a massive way!

Thank you 🙂 The poached eggs went down very well, I hadn't had them for so long. You should definitely get a book, there are some lovely recipes which are all so healthy!

Ooh your "menu" looks so yummy! Some days I really struggle with what to eat and what not to eat – I love these ideas. Thanks for sharing and thanks for linking up this weekend.

Thanks Hannah, I meal plan in advance and I hate doing it, it is so hard coming up with meals for the whole week! I hope I've managed to inspire you 🙂
