Slimming World Weekly Weigh In #13

24th October 2015
You may have noticed that as the weeks of my Slimming World journey pass more and more off plan days are creeping in. This past week the off plan days have increased, I have been eating everything and anything without a care. I’m putting off doing my weekly shop because I just can’t be-bothered to sit down and think of a meal plan. As a result I am turning to takeaways or processed food from the freezer. I have started work and am struggling to eat my meals around my shifts, I need to get into a routine of having big breakfasts or early lunches to get me through my shifts. Aria is doing well on her weaning so I want to start giving her more of our food instead of making her separate meals and I just don’t know what we should be eating that will be suitable for her. I think all of this combined with the stress of trying to find a house is why I have fallen completely off the wagon.
As a result of the above a 2lb gain didn’t upset me.

I had 2 weeks off plan, I just couldn't be bothered, hubby was away and I didn't feel motivated at all. I find meal planning defo helps to stay on track and I find i don't reach for takeaway if I know what Im eating. #SwSunday

I keep meaning to try pancakes and overnight oats but never think ahead enough for them – really should get round to trying them!
