Slimming World Weekly Weigh In Results & Food Diary #5

26th August 2015

I was very nervous about weighing this week. I have been feeling constantly full and bloated and I blame it on having a few naughty days, I had a takeaway twice, I am proud of myself for sticking to healthy options and making Slimming World chips to go with it, but I couldn’t resist a slice of hubby’s dirty pizza. I also went out for a naughty meal with friends on Sunday. My body hasn’t been thanking me.

Due to the above I was very surprised to step onto the scales and discover that I had lost 1lbs, while not a massive loss I am very happy with that, that brings me to a total of 11.5lbs in just 5 weeks!

Oh wow, so glad you still lost. Some weeks are hard when you have lots of treats happening. I always find it hard to get back on track again but you've been strong! Once again lovely meal ideas which I will be copying. I love mushrooms and onions, yum xxx

I have lapsed in the ways of Slimming World. Still have the books though. I may go back to it if I can find a way of feeding the whole family the same thing. Well done on losing – tracking the syns is a real eye opener. I still haven't forgotten how bad coffees are!

Well done! Your meals look lovely … I keep meaning to give turkey rashers a go. Any diet involving pancakes is good with me!

What did you think of the meatball frozen meals? im always curious to try them but something puts me off. I have brought some of the frozen meatballs to try in a sauce though. Well done on your lost, even though it is a small one, its still a loss and that is what counts right? I always say, better than a gain! 🙂 Thanks for linking up with #swsunday See you next week I hope xx

I've since spoken to you on Twitter but wanted to reply on here too in case anyone else has the same question!
I really like the SW frozen meals, I haven't tried many but the ones that I have have always been lovely, they are so handy to have in just in case – on a day where I really can't be bothered one of these prevents me from being naughty!

I've definitely got to try the weetabix with the warmed milk and banana. I make sure I have breakfast when I give Jaxon his breakfast so we often end up both eating on plan breakfasts! Usually we both have banana too! Thanks for doing in with #SWSunday again!
