24th November 2016
*Disclaimer : I receive a Degustabox each month in exchange for an honest review*

I’ve received this month’s Degustabox box and of course I have filmed an unboxing video! This month is the Christmas themed box so I had high expectations for posh chocolates, tasty treats and, of course, booze! Watch my video to find out if I was left happy or sad, and carry on reading for a discount code off your first Degustabox and to find out exactly how much the content of my box was worth.

Degustabox UK Unboxing November 2016 - The Christmas Box - unboxing video and blog review

As you can see I was very pleased with the contents of my November Degustabox. It contained a good selection of products and I really think there is something for everyone. My favourite items were the Butterkist Choc-Mallow Popcorn (eating the whole bag as I type, 25g serving, pfffttt), the Michel et Augustin kooky cookies and the Broderick’s Crunchy Slam Dunk Peanut Chunk – notice a theme here? CHOCOLATE my friends!

I’m also really looking forward to trying the ciders from The Good Cider and the Pear & Cinnamon Strudel tea from Ahmad Tea Ltd.

Onto the pricing, the products in my box were :

Hartley’s Glitter Jelly x 2 – £0.75
Christian Potier Hollaindaise Sauce – £2.50
Butterkist Choc Mallow Popcorn – £1.49
Butterkist Sweet Cinema Style Popcorn – £0.28
Caramelised Onion Ryvita Thins – £1.89
Cracked Black Pepper Ryvita Crackers – £1.29
Wild Thyme & Rosemary Pipers Crisps – £2.00
Jules Destrooper Butter Crisps – £1.19
J20 Glitterberry – £2.49
Michel et Augustin cookie squares – £0.89
Appy Kids Co The Gruffalo Golden Apple Juice – £1.49
Ahmad Tea Ltd Pear & Cinnamon Strudel flavour – £4
Broderick’s Crunch Slam Dunk Peanut Chunk – £1.20
The Good Cider x 2 Strawberry & Wild Berry Flavours – £1.50

The contents of my box came to a whopping £22.96, but, as I’m a reviewer I receive all of the combinations of items, there were three different boxes in total – 1. received the Broderick’s peanut crunch and cider, 2. received the apple juice and tea, 3. received the apple juice and cider. The average subscriber value for this box is £18.50, which is still pretty awesome considering that the box costs £12.99 (or £5.99 with my discount code, carry on scrolling for that).

I absolutely love receiving my Degustabox, I always look forward to opening it and trialling the different foods/drinks. It’s like Christmas every month! It usually ends up being a complete bargain when you compare what you pay verses the total content worth, which makes up for the fact that there may be some items that you don’t like in the box. You can buy a one off box which costs £12.99, or subscribe for three months for just £11.99 per box.

If ordering a one off box be sure to use my discount code P2W4U to get £7 off your first box, meaning that you pay just £5.99 for one box.
